There are two ways you can approach your success:
1. – As a successful journey to help others get what they want while also fulfilling your dreams
This is for people who have realized the special opportunity that this industry allows people. It has time freedom, flexibility and removes that annoying ceiling that most companies place on your earning potential.
This sounds cool and if you realize that it is not a get rich quick scheme but a steady lifestyle change that is predicated on helping others, you will have a greater chance of success. The key here is that you are in control and the speed of the outcome is directly related to the results you achieve.
You don’t have to wait for a yearly, quarterly or whenever your company feels like it review. Your results are directly tied to your efforts.
In MLM you are exposed to minimum risk but the rewards are great. You can actually earn more than your sponsor and even the top guy in your company…you just have to out produce him.
2.- As a pawn for somebody else to fulfill their dreams without regard for your future.
The pawn (♙♟) is the most numerous and (in most circumstances) weakest piece in the game of chess, historically representing infantry, or more particularly armed peasants or pikemen ~ wikipedia
This is the standard business model, go to school..or not. Find a job and be an employee for the rest of your life if your lucky enough to maintain employment.
Usually your employer is not interested in you moving too far up the ladder. There are many employees that are very good at their “ditch-digging” positions and upper management would like for them to stay in that spot. If you are such a great worker you might be difficult to replace but there is a limit to the amount of money budgeted for that job.
I will remind you that there is no salary cap for the owner of your business which is fine because they invested a lot of money and can lose it all very quickly. High risk and high reward is a game that not all of us can play but the ones who do sometimes hit the jackpot.
It’s Great to Have Options
Folks there is no right or wrong answer, you can be an employee or a business owner. You can carry your boss on your shoulders or you can lock arms with partners and achieve greatness with them.
